Cancel Flow
Build a Box Cancel Flow product swap lets a box subscriber rebuild their box from inside the cancel flow.
Getting there used to mean a link that sent a customer who was tired of one flavour out of the flow and onto their subscription page to find Edit Box, which is a lot of navigation to ask of someone already halfway to cancelling. Now the swap step recognises a Build a Box subscription and opens the box editor in place, with the same limits and rules that apply anywhere else, so the subscriber swaps out what they're tired of and keeps what they aren't. This runs in CPv3, in the swap step you have already built. Non-box subscriptions see the swap step behave exactly as before.
When the whole box is the product, a customer who's over one flavour is a customer weighing the whole subscription, and this gives them somewhere to put that feeling other than the cancel button.
