Cancel Compliance is the new name for what used to be California Cancel Compliance.
We updated the feature to fire for Colorado customers in addition to California customers. This is for staying compliant with state laws that require easy cancellation options. Colorado's law went into effect on Monday, February 16th, so we pushed the update late last Friday to make sure you're covered. The feature still works the same way. It ensures customers in these states can cancel directly in the portal without jumping through hoops.
It keeps you compliant, avoids potential penalties, and now covers two states instead of one.
