Cancel Compliance state selection lets you choose exactly which US states and territories route through compliant cancellation, so you control the coverage instead of taking a fixed list.
Cancel Compliance already made sure subscribers in covered states could cancel straight from the portal without a phone-call gauntlet. Now a global cancel flow setting adds a state picker: enable Cancel compliance, then select the states that apply to you (California, Colorado, Texas, and Mississippi are all supported, among others). Subscribers with a shipping address in a selected state go through your full cancel flow but can exit at any point with a "Cancel anyway" button, and can leave a cancellation reason after. Set it once at the settings level and it applies across your flows. This tracks the reality that state cancel laws keep changing, and rather than wait on a release each time one shifts, you adjust the states yourself the day you need to.
Your cancel flow keeps doing its retention work for everyone else. Subscribers in the states you pick just get a guaranteed exit.
