The cancel flow builder is the interface where merchants build and configure the cancellation flows subscribers see when they try to cancel.
We shipped a full visual refresh: the sidebar is gone, card options now appear at the bottom of the canvas on hover, and every card type has its own icon and color so you can scan a complex flow at a glance. We also added a snip tool that makes it obvious you can cut connections between cards, and a contextual + button on each card that only shows the valid next steps for that position in the flow. Analytics moved from a separate tab to a "See metrics" toggle inside the builder. This is live for all merchants automatically.
Nothing about how your flows work has changed. Same logic, same paths, same settings. The interface is just easier to navigate and sets the foundation for cancel flow A/B testing, which is coming soon.
