Email Performance Report is a new monthly email from Skio that delivers a snapshot of your subscription business health directly to your inbox, no dashboard login required.
We built an automated reporting pipeline that pulls your key metrics at the start of each month and sends them to the right people on your team. Admins configure delivery from Settings > General > Performance Emails, where you choose the cadence (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and who receives it: store owners, admins, or all members. Each report covers total subscription revenue with month-over-month context, active subscriber count, six-month trend charts, cancel flow save rate, payment recovery rate, churn rate, top cancellation reasons, and your best and worst-performing products by subscription revenue. For teams that have missed a churn spike because no one opened the dashboard that week, or lost track of payment recovery trends between check-ins, this closes the gap.
