Customer-Facing Streaks brings your subscribers' consecutive order count into the Customer Portal, giving them a real reason to stay on schedule.
Streaks have been running in the background (tracking orders, powering Cancel Flow conditions, and feeding into Journeys and Segments) but subscribers had no visibility into their own progress. Now they do. You can turn it on from Storefront > Customer Portal > Experience, and once enabled, subscribers see their streak count, a progress bar toward their next reward, and a "frozen" indicator when their streak is at risk. Streaks connect directly to Surprise & Delight: you can now set S&D rewards to trigger on streak order specifically, so your most consistent subscribers — the ones who never skip — are the ones getting rewarded for it. If a subscriber pauses and their next billing date approaches, their streak freezes instead of resetting, giving them a window to place an order and keep it intact. Skipping pushes the billing date out and can break a streak if it falls outside the buffer window.
Streaks start from zero on the day you enable the feature (prior orders don't count) and apply to all subscribers once on.
