Loyalty Credit Integration gives merchants full control over how credits are awarded and revoked when subscribers cancel.
This is for merchants running Skio Loyalty who want to ensure only retained customers receive credits—preventing subscribers from gaming the system by canceling right after earning rewards.
We added three new capabilities:
a cancel flow treatment where merchants can award credits to prevent cancellation
automatic credit refunds when orders are canceled
the ability to revoke earned credits from canceled orders
When a customer tries to cancel, you can award them credits to prevent cancellation. You can also refund credits from a canceled order, or revoke unearned credits automatically.
It prevents loyalty abuse, keeps your economics clean, and gives you the flexibility to use credits strategically as a retention tool without worrying about exploitation.
