Skio's loyalty credits system got a set of fixes that improve accuracy and reliability for brands running loyalty programs.
Tiers now recalculate when an order is canceled, and canceled orders are filtered out so they don't inflate a subscriber's tier status. Credit redemption now uses manual discounts, which prevents expired or refunded credits from being applied to future orders. Loyalty sync also runs faster thanks to cursor pagination. This is for brands where credits were behaving unexpectedly after returns, cancellations, or refunds.
Tier data stays accurate, credits can't be misused after a refund, and sync scales better across larger subscriber bases.
